Increasingly more people are opting to e-mail the municipality. This is useful and fast. But you cannot submit every question and report to the municipality via e-mail. Formal matters, including letters of objection, must be sent to the municipality in writing (which means by letter).

Monday to Thursday: 09.00 am – 01.00 pm
Friday: 09.00 am – 12.00 am

The Publiekszaken desk is also open to the public on Thursday nights from 5.30 pm – 7.30 pm. Be aware only limited services will be handled during evening hours (driving permits, id documents, civil registry certificates, etc).
